I only was one night but the Welcome and Service from the Supervisor Meas Sovann was exquisite and efficient!... well done Meas! You should have one day an important position in that Hotel 😀😉. The room modern and big, Pool on the first floor beautiful (I didn't spend time there because I came too late to the Hotel). They have a Shuttle to go and come from Airport, it's only 15 minutes on walk (I came on foot). Breakfast is very completed... You have different things to eat. As European I can recommend this Hotel if You need to be near from Airport and City.

During my recent stay at VM Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed not only by the facilities but especially by the outstanding service provided by the team. From the moment I arrived, Sovann, Tuthy, and Thona went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless. She made sure every check-in and inquiry was handled smoothly, providing detailed information about the hotel amenities and surrounding areas. His professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated. Tuthy was exceptional in the restaurant area, ensuring that every meal was memorable. She was attentive, quick to address any special requests, and provided personalized recommendations that made dining a delight. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel valued and well-cared for. Thona displayed excellent customer service throughout my stay, particularly in housekeeping. My room was always pristine, and she ensured that all amenities were replenished daily. Her quiet yet effective presence made the stay more comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, modern facilities, and a prime location, but what truly sets it apart is the team. With individuals like Sovann, Tuthy, and Thona ensuring that every need is met, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just a luxurious stay, but also impeccable service that leaves a lasting impression. I will certainly be returning, thanks to the amazing staff who made my visit unforgettable!

The facility was super clean, and the staff were very warm and friendly, always at your service. Big shoutout to Meas Sovann, who was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She arranged for a later check-out since my flight was at night, and also made sure my clothes, which I had submitted very late to housekeeping, were ready on time—cleaned and pressed—so I could pack without any worries before my evening flight. Thanks to her and the staffs, my last night in PP and my stay there was just perfect !

We stayed overnight here because of its convenient location to the airport. We had free transfer from and back to the airport, making life easy for a family of four. The hotel was amazing - with a well-equipped gym, stunning pool, and the best breakfast we experienced in Cambodia with an incredible array of food. My teenagers rated the breakfast and gym 10 out of 10. The rooms were very comfortable. I only wished we stayed more than one night. And a special shout out to Kakada who made our farewell from Cambodia so special. A true gentleman.

The hotel is only more than one kilometer away from the airport. Staff offered us drinks upon our arrival. Thary, one of the front desk staff even escorted us all the way up to our assigned room. Mr. Savin and Mr. Jinshan were very helpful in regard with our transportation and money exchange. It is a first class service!

The VM is excellent in every aspect! The staff were very kind and helpful. Sovann and Savin were exceptionally gracious hosts. It is located 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel provides free pickup and drop off. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is amazing ! The breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of choices. We were only in Phnom Penh for one day. We took a tuk tuk to the Genocide Museum and we also visited the Russian Market. We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us to check out and relax at the pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

An excellent business hotel with all the facilities including a free drop to the Airport. The facilities are excellent. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Sovanne during check in, the gentleman who was the duty manager during check out and Gina and Sreenang by the bar who went out of the way to make me comfortable.

It's new hotel, so everything is very new and clean. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The complimentary is very good. We can eat all in the refrigerator, it's free of charge. Under this price, this kind of thing is worth the money. Pillow and bed are very good. There are some restaurant, coffee shop and supermarket nearby, very convenince.
